The recipient of a bachelor's in English literature from Albright College, Victoria Cuoco is a Lawrenceville, New Jersey, resident with nearly a decade of IT project management experience. She began her career as a network analyst at Medical Inter-Insurance Exchange, where she oversaw corporate network initiatives including a Windows NT 4.0 migration from OS/2. Victoria Cuoco later worked as a Systems Engineer at Dow Jones and Company, Inc., and Lucent Technologies/IBM Global Services. Her most recent position was as Global Service Delivery Manager at Sanofi Pharmaceuticals in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

In that role, she oversaw the global implementation of Microsoft SMS 2003, which was subsequently used to complete automated desktop upgrades of 100,000 clients worldwide. As part of this effort, she coordinated implementation with IT departments in France, Germany, Japan, Singapore, and Australia. She also authored relevant training and procedural materials for support teams in these countries.

Complementing her experience, Ms. Cuoco is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Novell Certified NetWare Engineer. She also completed Microsoft certification programs including Exchange 2010, Deploying and Supporting Microsoft Systems Management Server 2.0, and Exchange Server 5.5: Design and Implementation.
